OPENING STATEMENTS:
Jane Crowley gave the monthly update.
Jane informed the Board that she and Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator had a meeting with the Cape Cod National Seashore Senior Staff to inform them about the progress for well development management in site H-district.
Environmental Partners have begun the well development.
Stearns & Wheler Wastewater Management Planning Project is continuing.
The second report is now on line for the public.
3. There were few beach closures this year. (Cole Beach & Dyer Prince)
Model Public Health Flu Clinic at Nauset Regional High School has the support of the Richard Hoffman, the Superintendent of Schools. Jane will present the plan to the School Committee at their September meeting.

Harris Family Property Subdivision Keene Way
David Lyttle (Ryder/Wilcox) had questions concerning subdivision and the number of bedrooms that will be allowed on the lots etc. This project would be subject to Eastham BOH Regulations Section I-Title 5 section E Environmentally Sensitive Area. (F) which state only buildable upland will be considered in order to calculate nitrogen loading limits. The Health Agent would consult with the Town Attorneys concerning BOH Regulation to determine the number of bedrooms that will be allowed on each lot.
Frederica Kelly 300 Mill Road Map-11 Parcel-75
Ms. Kelly came before the board requesting permission to do renovations to her home, which includes putting a bathroom upstairs . Attaboy Septic Service has determined that the septic system is functioning properly for the proposed project.
Dr. Taylor made the motion to approve the project.
Beverly Knox seconded the motion.

REQUEST FOR EXTENSION
Beanstock Coffee Roasters 185 Brackett Rd. Map-8 Parcel-188A
The Beanstock Coffee Roasters requested an extension for their moving schedule. There have been delays due to the installation of the bathroom septic system and approval from the State for the new roaster installation.
BeverlyKnox made the motion to approved the extension to October 1, 2009.
Dr.Taylor seconded the motion.
